Beef Stew

1	cup	Flour	In a ziploc bag
1	+/-	Salt/Pepper	add
1	lb	Chuck Roast	Cubed to 1 inch & add
			Shake until coated
2	tbl	Olive Oil	In a stew pot over a medioum hea
			Add coated beef & brown
2	ea	Onions	Chop & add
4	clv	Garlic	Chop & add
3	ea	Carrots	Chop & add
			Saute (add olive oil if needed) until onions are soft
2	can	Beef Stock	add
3	tbl	Tomato Paste	add
3	ea	Potatoes	Cube to 1 inch & add
3	ea	Celery	chop add
1	cup	Mushrooms	slice add
3	ea	Bay Leaf	add
1	tbl	Rosemary	add
1	tbl	Sage	add
			Bring to boil
			Simmer 2 hours (or until meat/potatoes are tender
