BASE SOUP
1	pat	Butter/Margarine	Melt in Stock Pot
2	tsp	Curry Powder	Add & Saute briefly
2	tbl	Flour	Degrease with flour
3	cup	Stock	Add stock bring to boil
1	dsh	Paprika	add
2	ea	Egg Yolks	in a cup, add warm soup
			once heated add to soup
			blend in
1/2		Cream	Add slowly & stir
4	tbl	Chutney	Add & stir until disolved
2	ea	Apples	Dice & Add
ALTERNATIVELY
		omit apples
2	ea	broiled chicken breast	Dice & Add
