	Tartare	Works once, stops & smoke comes out
	Seared	Works once & stops, but no smoke
	Rare	Works over & over but only on the bench
	Medium Rare	Works repeatedly, but has wires sticking out at odd places
	Medium	Works as supposed to but stops randomly
	Meduim Well	Works until you break it
	Well	Reliably does what it's supposed to even with human intervention.
	Crispy	Reliably does what it's supposed to, with "cool" new features
	Charcoal	Can no longer be operated - too many features
	Shermanized	So many features that it works once, stops & smoke comes out
